The idea of this project was to capture manmade objects, and the theme I wanted to go with was old vs. new. The cars we see on the roads today have existed for decades, consistently reworked and reengineered to match the time they were brought out. And yet, some design cues never change and some shapes and body lines have survived time. I wanted to visually represent this by compiling the very first and latest evolutionary stages of iconic cars. In order to unify them into a composition I tried to get the cars in the same angle and crop the images to highlight certain areas of focus. Lastly, I decided to make the composition black and white because the coloured version was getting very loud.
